Job Summary

Own end-to-end UX research across a multi-product AI platform, from generative discovery to evaluative studies on live experiences. Set a macro view of where research creates leverage, build participant panel and research operations, and translate fuzzy strategic questions into studies that shift product and executive decisions. Partner closely with the Product Data team, present findings to executives, and coach PMs and designers on lightweight research practices.

•Run strategic and tactical qualitative research across the product portfolio, from generative discovery to evaluative studies on live experiences.
•Maintain a macro view of where research can create the most leverage and move fluidly across product areas based on expertise needs.
•Build participant panel and ReOps practices to remove recruiting bottlenecks and scale lightweight research operations.
•Influence how PMs, designers, and leadership frame problems, using research insights to drive decision-making.
•Partner with the Product Data team, present findings to executives, and coach designers and PMs on lightweight research practices.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience as a UX or product researcher, ideally having been the only researcher on a technical team.

•Experience with research operations, especially participant recruiting and participant panel building.
•Comfort influencing senior stakeholders and shaping direction, not just outputs.
•B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus, along with a pragmatic view of AI in research practice.
