Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete dispatch event lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled/emergency service events from request through repair completion.
  • •Ensure technicians receive service events quickly, re-assign incomplete prior events, and dispatch based on achieving client results and time-based KPIs.
  • •Monitor and audit open work requests across multiple markets, including compliance with daily-update requirements, and proactively communicate arrival-time and delay concerns.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for escalated service issues and coordinate multi-party resolution with customers, team members, internal partners, and third-party vendors.
  • •Maintain timely documentation and follow escalation procedures and company policies/compliance for complex or high-risk service situations.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field such as dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination.
  • •Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.
  • •Proficient oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent service events and changing priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, email platforms, and dispatch or fleet management systems.
