Job Summary

Join the ancillary sales team at Landmark Credit Union Live, focused on onsite guest-facing sales. You’ll greet guests, answer venue questions, and communicate available offers such as Terrace Level access, Vinyl Room options, seat upgrades, and ticket specials. Work with the Ancillary Manager and Box Office Manager to present daily specials, assist with setup and teardown, handle money/till balancing, and support post-show cleanup.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
•Communicate daily specials and future ticket offers, including seat upgrades and ticket specials.
•Assist the Ancillary Manager with setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and other materials.
•Handle money and balance the till at the end of each show.
•Participate in post-show cleanup, including sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Must pass a pre-employment background check.
•Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
•Position requires constant walking/standing and occasional sitting; lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong judgement, tact, and diplomacy.
