Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the quality function and direct reports to meet plant quality objectives and lead the quality culture with the leadership team.
  • •Lead timely response to customer concerns and reduce internal/external DPPM by deploying an “I own Quality” culture.
  • •Ensure compliance with EQMS, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory requirements, including review of daily in-process metrics.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to introduce new products into full production and develop internal product validation methods to ensure process quality consistency.
  • •Handle EHS responsibilities including risk assessments, defining EHS leading/lagging indicators, driving zero-incident culture, and completing compliance evaluations using EHS data processes (e.g., MESH PRISM, Benchmark).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,800 - 158,125 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in manufacturing or quality.
  • •Thorough experience with ISO 9001.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Long Branch, NJ.
