Project Manager V- Data Center

Manage multiple data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including design coordination, construction phasing, occupancy, and warranty enforcement. Coordinate site activities with clients, vendors, and the general contractor; oversee scheduling, milestones, tests, and inspections. Review documentation and field reports (including RFIs/submittals), manage punch lists and substantial completion recommendations, and coordinate project records with cost and schedule project controls.
