Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing MSH PDE YE team, including expectations, coaching, development plans, and succession.
  • •Account for HBM NPI builds’ yield loss across PWF, assembly, and test via defect breakdown and PFA submissions; partner with PI to identify and brainstorm for CIP.
  • •Analyze and report yield deviation issues, trigger actions with PI/PE/RDA, and perform block run/partial conversion yield analysis for early detection.
  • •Provide yield improvement leadership by brainstorming across departments and identifying improvement opportunities using tools like Auto-diagnostics.
  • •Lead NPI execution and governance for major yield excursions (containment, root cause, corrective action) and represent YE in phase-gate reviews and ramp decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, yield engineering, or NPI execution.
  • •Strong background in yield analysis, SPC, excursion management, and NPI ramp support.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead teams through high-pressure, time-critical environments.
  • •Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
