Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) testing for one or more LATAM titles, coordinating localized QA workflows to meet certification readiness, global quality standards, and release timelines. Lead small teams of LQA analysts and/or vendor groups, collaborate with localization producers and game teams on test planning and risk analysis, and drive issue resolution and process improvements. Mentor team members and support partner onboarding within 2K’s Global Loc 2.0 strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate LQA testing on assigned titles or project tracks to align with localization goals, certification readiness, and global quality standards.
•Provide hands-on management of small analyst teams and/or vendor groups, tracking performance and coaching as needed.
•Collaborate with localization producers, game designers, and developers to ensure test planning, risk analysis, and reporting meet project needs.
•Implement and maintain LQA best practices for bug triage, coverage planning, checklists, and terminology adherence.
•Participate in the selection and onboarding of QA vendor partners and ensure contract fulfillment and delivery standards.

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years of localization QA experience, including 1–2 years as a senior analyst or team lead.
•Experience working with QA vendors, distributed teams, or multi-language release pipelines.
•Familiarity with LQA tools, QA methodologies, and content management systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray, CAT tools, TMS, CMS).
•Strong understanding of platform-holder compliance, linguistic QA, and internationalization testing requirements.
•Excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to influence across QA and localization teams.
