Join a 2027 10-week paid actuarial internship across U.S. offices in a hybrid setup. You’ll rotate through Retirement Consulting, Health & Benefits Consulting, Risk Consulting, and Reinsurance Actuarial, supporting client work like pension and post-retirement valuations, stochastic/deterministic projections, risk forecasting, actuarial reserves, and pricing/dynamic modeling. The program includes weekly mentoring, spotlights, roundtables, and exposure to global actuarial leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Craft stochastic and deterministic projections for pension and other post-retirement benefit plans, including asset-liability analysis and M&A due-diligence support.
•Support retirement and pension work such as annual pension valuations, benefit calculations, and analysis/reporting of pension plan financial health.
•Collaborate with clients on Health & Benefits consulting, including plan design and cost evaluation, contribution-rate development, and scenario analysis.
•Assist Risk Consulting with loss forecasting, actuarial reserve calculations, and actuarial opinions for regulatory support to evaluate total cost of risk.
•Support Reinsurance Actuarial work by analyzing reinsurance transactions, performing pricing and dynamic risk modeling, and preparing client-ready presentations.

Key Requirements

•Rising senior graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
•Have passed at least one actuarial exam (preferred).
•Pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related.
•Desire to work on a team and perform independent work.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
