Attendant (Cape Town, ZA)

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across kitchen, dishwashing, storage, and food service areas in line with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, safely handle cleaning chemicals, monitor stock and supplies, and report maintenance and safety concerns. Support waste management, recycling, garbage disposal area upkeep, banquet operations, inventory counts, and additional duties assigned by management.
