Job Summary

Provide best-in-class customer and colleague support across multiple branches in your region as a financial concierge. You’ll retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposit/loan and related banking products, and processing transactions with strong cash controls. Educate customers on deposits, loans, and bank technology (online, mobile, ATM) while resolving issues and supporting branch teammates through day-to-day coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide multi-branch coverage for customer transactions, servicing customer needs, and guiding/referring customers as needed.

•Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
•Educate customers on deposits and loans, and support service or account maintenance requests.
•Travel between local branch locations throughout the week and be dependable and adaptable to changing locations.

•High School Diploma or GED.
•Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.
•Strong comfort level with technology to educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
