Key Responsibilities

•Drive the end-to-end People Transformation Roadmap, ensuring milestones from Q1 to Q4 are hit on time and with impact.
•Facilitate workshops to map As-Is processes and design To-Be workflows that prioritize automation and data integrity.
•Lead weekly transformation meetings with Talent Acquisition, PBP, and Ops Leads to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
•Create communications, training, and nudges that help managers and employees adopt smarter ways of working.
•Implement governance frameworks that stop data silos from re-emerging and ensure systems speak to each other effortlessly.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years in Management Consulting, People Operations, or Business Transformation.
•Led large-scale HR transformations across multiple regions (ideally Nigeria and the UK).
•Expert in process redesign; Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
•Ability to guide C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
•Experience in fintech or global tech company.
