Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce matters.
  • •Advise managers on performance concerns, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and workplace issues; support conflict resolution and escalation as appropriate.
  • •Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent review processes, including facilitating performance management and annual talent planning activities.
  • •Implement and support enterprise-wide HR programs and change management initiatives; partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver HR solutions.
  • •Ensure compliance with employment laws and support investigations, documentation, and maintenance of HR policies and compliance programs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience and 5+ years partnering directly with senior-level leaders.
  • •Proven experience delivering talent, performance, succession, engagement, and change initiatives in complex organizations.
  • •Experience supporting multi-location or distributed workforces (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Certifications preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
