Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Root cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards and support stockroom standards and processes to keep the store clean, safe, and efficiently operating
  • •Leverage reporting, budgets, expenses, and metrics to drive business-driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly
