Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support Project Managers in planning and delivery.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, action items, milestones, and deliverables.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, logs, status reports, and correspondence.
  • •Track project progress, deliverables, budgets, invoices, and other project financial information.
  • •Monitor project activities to identify potential risks, issues, delays, and coordination needs, escalating to the Project Manager as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Basic understanding of project management principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • •Familiarity with project management or project controls software and tools, and experience preparing meeting minutes, schedules, reports, presentations, or other project documentation (or related experience).
