Key Responsibilities

  • •Build dashboards and recurring reports to track LIVE health metrics.
  • •Run deep dives on program performance, creators, formats, and campaigns; identify opportunities and risks.
  • •Conduct A/B test readouts and summarize insights into clear recommendations.
  • •Consolidate learnings into playbooks and maintain a knowledge base of SOPs, checklists, and process maps with version control.
  • •Assist with CoE program management, including planning/tracking initiatives across MENAT, coordinating cross-functional inputs, monitoring OKRs, and supporting pilots and scale-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Data/Stats, Engineering, Information Systems, or Media.
  • •Strong analytical skills with comfort manipulating and interpreting data.
  • •Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, SQL basics, Tableau/Looker/Power BI); Python/R is a plus.
  • •Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate data into clear stories and playbooks.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic (Chinese/Turkish is a strong plus) and interest in LIVE streaming and creator economy trends in MENAT.
