Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategic direction and positioning for the NAVY/NAVFAC account, including allocating resources and investment dollars for growth.
  • •Create account plans, set opportunity targets and growth goals with business line leaders, and flow goals to regional engagement teams.
  • •Provide pursuit support by reviewing and updating the Salesforce pipeline, ensuring capture plans, and owning major proposals while coordinating with FBS and marketing.
  • •Lead client relationships across NAVY/NAVFAC regions and key engineering commands, overseeing corrective actions and monitoring recoveries for client satisfaction.
  • •Maintain compliance and performance situational awareness, including FAR compliance support, CPAR review and rebuttals, OCI issue resolution, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned with the NAVY/NAVFAC client needs.
  • •At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
  • •At least 4 years of leadership experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS based on project and opportunity needs.
