Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent commercial insureds in complex General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases.
  • •Handle all aspects of insurance defense, including investigation, legal analysis, and advice.
  • •Prepare and file legal pleadings and documents, and conduct legal research.
  • •Prepare for and conduct pre-trial discovery, and aggressively handle hearings and trials.
