Support TikTok Shop’s logistics procurement team across Europe by analyzing logistics and supplier performance data, maintaining trackers, and producing daily/weekly reports. •Analyze logistics and supplier performance data, maintain datasets/trackers, and produce daily/weekly reports for stakeholders
•Support supplier relationship management, including onboarding, documentation follow-up, performance tracking, and day-to-day communication with logistics service providers
•Coordinate cross-functional commercial and operational projects by tracking milestones and following up on action items
•Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and improving reporting logic and workflows
•Assist with launch readiness for new tools/processes/supplier initiatives by coordinating tasks and answering operational questions

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a university degree and able to commit to at least 12+ weeks on a full-time or part-time basis
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities independently
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) is preferred
•Studying or experience in supply chain, logistics, business management, project management, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
•Prior internship/academic experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or similar; familiar with tools/frameworks like Jira or RACI is a plus
