Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and iterate policies, systems, and management rules for flexible staffing (outsourcing, labor dispatch, project-based cooperation).
  • •Establish a flexible staffing management framework aligned with business growth and compliance requirements, including standardization and process optimization.
  • •Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business teams to implement flexible staffing projects balancing efficiency, cost, and risk.
  • •Build and refine flexible staffing supplier entry, evaluation, and governance systems, improving partnership standards and management mechanisms.
  • •Monitor staffing structures, costs, and risk indicators using data analysis, and track domestic and international policy changes to upgrade internal governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong data analysis and structured thinking, with the ability to view issues from both operational and risk perspectives.
  • •Fluency in English as a working language.
  • •Preferred: experience in overseas employment governance, supplier governance/procurement collaboration, or flexible staffing/outsourcing governance and risk/internal control.
