Job Summary

Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to build and manage a qualified candidate pipeline for TikTok’s APAC Local Services growth. Use data-driven sourcing strategies and market intelligence to run complex searches, screen and engage technical talent, and support selection processes aligned with best practices. Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, hiring managers, and external partners while ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and build candidate pipelines using sourcing, screening, referrals, and cold-calling for multiple complex searches.
•Develop a holistic understanding of business needs and maintain stakeholder relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., agencies).
•Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiating new projects and optimizing processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
•Support market research and talent mapping initiatives to improve sourcing effectiveness.
•Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for candidates.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience with research/sourcing tools, including Boolean, LinkedIn, and other alternative sourcing techniques.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze large amounts of data to support sourcing and business decisions.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels.
•Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and functions.
•At least 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume tech environment (search firm or in-house recruiting).
