Job Summary

Collaborate with pursuit and account teams to define local engagement and contract scopes, analyze data, and negotiate commercial terms during contracting. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborates with pursuit and account teams to understand the scope of local engagements and contracts, providing essential analysis and information
•Negotiates commercial terms and business principles throughout contracting stages on behalf of the business line
•Facilitates process proposals and ensures proper business controls including order booking, labor tracking, and project cost control
•Participates in project reviews, verifies project finances and HR aspects, and communicates terms and conditions
•Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professional reports and supporting operational and strategic plans

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; commensurate experience accepted
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience in contracting practices, government regulations, change management, outsourcing, or managed services
•Knowledge of Agile Methodology, AWS, API, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Big Data, DevOps, Java, Python, Microsoft Azure, SQL, Software Development, and Solution Architecture
•Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
•Strong communication and data analysis skills with ability to lead projects and provide consultative support to presales and account teams
