Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic planning to ensure the Inspection Center can meet future demands and provide strategic vision and guidance.
  • •Manage production planning and capacity to meet targets, including weekly performance reviews and issue resolution.
  • •Ensure operating standards such as standardized work, operating rules, 5S, and visual management tools are consistently executed.
  • •Lead people management activities including hiring support, associate pipelines, bench building, training, certification, feedback, and mentoring reconditioning managers.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by selecting and leading events, allocating resources, and holding the team accountable for results.
