Job Summary

Work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build, repair, and test multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. Assemble electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic components using schematics and work orders, then troubleshoot errors and perform audits to verify parts and documentation. Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps, enter progress and labor details on a computer terminal, and may perform software-related repairs to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, repair, and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and written/verbal instructions.
•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs; identify and correct errors.
•Observe all safety standards and maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment; report accidents, injuries, hazards, or emergencies.
•Test assemblies and components using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps; enter progress and work/labor details on a computer terminal.
•Inspect received parts for defects, perform audits to ensure necessary parts are available, troubleshoot and improve processes, and may perform repairs/install software.

Salary: USD 23 - 31.4
