Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and reinforce a culture of safety across supplier operations and development activities.
  • •Lead supplier development strategies aligned with business goals, operational priorities, and customer requirements.
  • •Drive supplier transfer and localization programs via project management, stakeholder collaboration, and execution planning.
  • •Review supplier manufacturing proposals, assess production feasibility, and resolve technical and commercial issues with engineering and operations.
  • •Monitor and improve supplier performance metrics, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • •Significant experience in supplier development, supplier quality, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, or related operational disciplines.
  • •Experience working with supplier performance improvement programs in casting, forging, machining, or other manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supplier evaluation, and supply chain management principles.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
