Key Responsibilities

  • •Fill out and review Permit Cliqs work permits with operations personnel before starting work.
  • •Ensure lockout-tagout procedures are followed for maintenance activities.
  • •Locate equipment problems, discuss potential causes, and recommend practical technical solutions.
  • •Diagnose problems and repair VFDs, PLCs, motors and associated controls, including protective devices, breakers, fuses, overloads, relays, conduit and cable, and transmitter calibration controllers.
  • •Troubleshoot and make repairs to facility flow/pressure/temperature/level instrumentation, and perform preventative maintenance including routine calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing.
