Job Summary

Product Manager responsible for the regulatory outputs and product intelligence for Worldly’s ESG data tools, shaping strategy for PIC, MSI, PEF, and DPP; leads market intelligence, customer discovery, and regulatory tracking while partnering with Sustainability, Design, and GTM teams.

Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full product strategy and roadmap for Worldly’s product tools suite, including PIC, MSI, and Regulatory Outputs (PEF, DPP, EcoScore)
•Drive market and competitive intelligence for the product tools space, including DPP container providers, LCA platforms, PEF specialists, and EU-focused competitors
•Lead ongoing customer discovery through direct engagement with brand customers and prospects; represent Product in commercial conversations where PIC, DPP, and PEF are in scope
•Track the regulatory environment — ESPR delegated act developments, PEFCR updates, and national regulations including France Decree 2025-957 — and translate findings into product implications and roadmap adjustments
•Identify and scope data partnerships for EF database access ahead of EF 4.0

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
•Experience with textile/soft/hard goods product development and understanding of supply chains
•Hands-on experience with environmental data methodologies such as LCA/PEF, or the ability to speak credibly with sustainability professionals
•Strong customer-facing skills and comfort engaging with brand customers and prospects
•Proven ability to track regulatory environments and translate signals into concrete product decisions
