Job Summary

Provide pre-sales technical support to Arista customers and prospects in Norway by partnering with Account Managers to identify opportunities and gather requirements. Lead whiteboard network architecture sessions and deliver product presentations, architect Data Center, Routing & Campus network and security solutions, and run hands-on proof-of-concepts and initial deployments. Lead technical responses to RFP/RFQs, drive feature requests from requirements through deployment, and share competitive insights and feedback with Product and Development.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Managers to understand customer challenges, run whiteboard network architectural sessions, and deliver product presentations.
•Architect, design, and propose Arista Data Center, Routing & Campus network and security solutions to drive new or additional sales.
•Perform hands-on proof-of-concepts and initial network deployments using Arista products and features.
•Create design guidelines and recommend network improvements; keep up-to-date on competitive solutions and offerings.
•Lead technical responses to RFP/RFQs and drive customer feature requests from requirements through implementation and deployment; provide feedback to Product Management and Development.

Key Requirements

•Technical degree required.
•Networking design and implementation experience, including routing and switching with relevant protocols.
•Experience architecting Data Center, Routing, or Campus network designs.
•Fluent in Norwegian and English.
•Deep knowledge of switching and routing protocols/technologies such as Spanning Tree, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, and Network Segmentation; hands-on CLI experience desired.
