Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with CMO of Data and Platform to define and drive the Data and Platform marketing strategy, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring meticulous execution across all initiatives.
•Operational Excellence: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing operations processes and systems for the Data and Platform, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
•Cross-Functional Alignment & Collaboration: Serve as a central liaison and orchestrator across Data and Platform marketing teams, product, sales, and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, facilitating decision-making, and fostering cohesive execution.
•V2MOM & Goal Governance: Own the V2MOM (strategic planning framework) process for the Data and Platform marketing organization, driving creation, tracking, and governance to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
•Executive Communications & Presentations: Oversee the preparation of high-impact materials for key internal and external engagements, including executive briefings, QBRs, all-hands meetings, and strategic presentations, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative for the Data and Platform.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a Chief of Staff role within a large, global enterprise technology company
•Proven expertise in marketing operations, including a deep understanding of marketing technology stacks, campaign execution, lead management, analytics, and reporting
•Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives from conception to completion, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes
•Exceptional executive presence and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to represent senior leadership, influence diverse stakeholders, and articulate complex information clearly and concisely
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Master’s degree (MBA) a plus.
