Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure venture debt facilities and credit lines, supporting balanced growth and downside protection.
  • •Conduct underwriting activities including KPI analysis, driven/market analysis, and financial modeling with forecasting and scenario analyses.
  • •Ensure accurate internal documentation, financial reporting, and internal risk ratings for debt facilities.
  • •Build and maintain a portfolio management framework for timely, concise financial performance reviews with senior credit approvers.
  • •Support end-to-end operational delivery of the credit process, including systems, workflows, controls, and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • •Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in Israel is required; HSBC will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
  • •Ability to analyze business models, financial statements, competitive landscapes, and KPIs.
  • •Curiosity about tech trends/news and a firm understanding of the startup and VC ecosystem.
