Job Summary

Support the Retail Merchandising team in managing product selection for main and special orders, partnering with the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager and aligning strategy across regions. Help adapt global selections to local market needs, contribute to category and regional sales budget planning with Planning and Finance, track sales results, and observe in-store trends. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to ensure strong store and window presentations.

•Support the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in choosing products for main and special orders and defining quantities for the assigned region.
•Partner with Country Retail Merchandising Managers to adapt global product selection to local market needs.
•Help with sales budget planning for the category and region with Planning and Finance teams.
•Visit stores regularly to observe market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
•Track sales results to maintain the right product mix and display, and support training tools for local teams.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in economics or a related field
•Interest in the luxury industry and product categories
•Strong knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to work in a team and by objectives in a result-oriented way
•Very good communication, interpersonal skills, and English (CEFR C1)
