Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in choosing products for main and special orders and defining quantities for the assigned region.
  • •Partner with Country Retail Merchandising Managers to adapt global product selection to local market needs.
  • •Help with sales budget planning for the category and region with Planning and Finance teams.
  • •Visit stores regularly to observe market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
  • •Track sales results to maintain the right product mix and display, and support training tools for local teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in economics or a related field
  • •Interest in the luxury industry and product categories
  • •Strong knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Ability to work in a team and by objectives in a result-oriented way
  • •Very good communication, interpersonal skills, and English (CEFR C1)
