Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve MuleSoft infrastructure and platform service architecture, balancing scalability, availability, security, performance, and cost.
  • •Lead end-to-end design of complex distributed systems across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, networking, and data stores.
  • •Serve as a senior technical authority by conducting architecture reviews and partnering with engineering, product, security, and SRE to evaluate tradeoffs and deliver solutions.
  • •Develop strategies for modernizing legacy infrastructure with high availability, fault isolation, disaster recovery, and reduced blast radius for globally distributed systems.
  • •Identify architectural bottlenecks and systemic risks, and produce architecture documentation, reference architectures, and technical standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years designing and building large-scale software, cloud, or infrastructure systems, with architectural or senior technical leadership across multiple engineering teams.
  • •Deep expertise with public cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Kubernetes/containerized infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and API architectures.
