Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Assist sales team to identify, qualify and quantify opportunities within the assigned territory and lead the sales effort
•Provide pre-sales technical support for all assigned products
•Provide field support on post-sales issues to achieve customer satisfaction
•Develop and enhance customer and partner relationships alongside the sales team
•Create and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations and RFIs/RFPs to end users and partners

Key Requirements

•Knowledge in information security principles and practices (cryptography, network security) and applying them for data protection
•Knowledge of solution integration and application development (programming not mandatory)
•Knowledge of databases (Oracle preferred, MS SQL, DB2 or others) and cloud/virtualization
•Experience or familiarity with: Database Activity Monitoring; Web Application Firewall; Database Transparent Encryption (TDE & HSM) and Tokenization; Storage & Virtualization (NetApp, Hitachi, AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, VMWare); Cryptographic APIs (PKCS#11, MS CAPI/CNG, JCA/JCE, NTLS/HTL, KMIP); PCI/data privacy regulations
•Bachelor degree in MIS, Computing or similar; at least 5 years IT experience and 3 years in a customer-facing role; fluent in Mandarin and English
