Key Responsibilities

  • •Mature and define the operating model for production teams as the organization scales, with clear deliverables, handoffs, and processes.
  • •Work cross-functionally to flow resources to production across manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and planning.
  • •Define and execute the strategy for transitioning AD&S from design into LRIP and full-rate production.
  • •Run production planning by mapping targets to resources, identifying constraints (material, machines/equipment, labor workforce, facilities), and aligning to financial targets.
  • •Support governance and reporting for business reviews and annual planning, and execute special projects across areas like supply chain, automation, international production, and real estate.
