Key Responsibilities

  • •Own endpoint and device management, including MDM strategy across macOS/Windows, security baselines, patching, encryption, inventory, and full device lifecycle.
  • •Administer core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian) with configuration, licensing, integrations, cost optimization, and local instances of centrally provided platforms.
  • •Administer identity and access (SSO, MFA, joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle) with provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access, least-privilege, and access reviews.
  • •Engineer automation and apply AI tooling to eliminate repetitive work, create capacity without growing headcount, and standardize team execution.
  • •Lead incident response for the domain, manage on-call escalation, drive root-cause resolution, and define service standards/SLAs and compliance support activities.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years in IT operations/IT engineering/corporate IT with hands-on depth across endpoint, SaaS, and identity for 5,000+ users.
  • •Hands-on expertise with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Jump Cloud), identity providers (Okta/Entra), and SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian).
  • •Demonstrated scripting and automation ability plus daily use of AI tooling in real work.
  • •Experience defining business processes and requirements, designing solutions, and managing vendors with cost-effective licensing negotiations.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring a small team and raising operating standards; people-leadership appetite required.
  • •Strong project management skills delivering complex projects across concurrent workstreams.
