Key Responsibilities

  • •Die End-to-End-Verantwortung von Kundenprojekten: Sie arbeiten im direkten Kontakt mit IT-Entscheidern, verstehen deren Herausforderungen, Infrastruktur und Geschäftsprozesse und gestalten bedürfnisgerechte Lösungen.
  • •End-to-End Architektur und Design: Sie verantworten die Architektur von modernen Lösungen im Bereich Data Platforms und Data Management, von der Anforderungsanalyse über Design bis hin zur technischen Umsetzung, Integration und Optimierung.
  • •Hands-on Implementation: Sie leisten Beiträge zur Entwicklung von Prototypen, POCs oder vollständigen Lösungen und integrieren diese in die IT-Landschaft des Kunden.
  • •Portfolio-Entwicklung: Sie tragen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Atos-Datenplattform-Portfolios bei, kuratieren Wiederverwendbare Bausteine und unterstützen Markt-Scouting.
  • •Geschäftsentwicklung: Sie tragen Mitverantwortung für Land-and-Expand, identifizieren Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenziale und unterstützen den Vertrieb bei der Akquise neuer Projekte.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management or related field and extensive professional experience (>5 years).
  • •Strong practical experience with traditional data storage systems (Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and modern cloud-based platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, MS-Fabric, Apache Iceberg) and modular containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Deep knowledge of data solutions and data platform architectures spanning DataOps lifecycles; ability to lead architecture and design for scalable data systems and data products.
  • •Ability to manage transitions from on-premise legacy solutions to cloud-based data platforms and define appropriate project approaches.
  • •High mobility (national) and fluent German and English skills.
