Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive mid-to-long term category strategy and own profitable execution, including master strategy deck.
  • •Lead promo planning: customer collaboration, market analysis, P&L analysis, category budget, and in-store/advertising plans with communication to stakeholders.
  • •Represent the category with national account partners and top customers, conducting quarterly reviews and market visits to ensure visibility.
  • •Own new product launch and product life-cycle planning: lineup strategy, channel distribution/retail strategy, pricing positioning changes, and PR/press event coordination.
  • •Manage the Product Management team and deliver daily direction, coaching, performance management, KPIs, and departmental annual budget support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or equivalent) from an accredited university is preferred.
  • •5+ years working in a Product / Business Management role in the consumer electronics (CE) industry is preferred.
  • •Experience managing a team of product managers is preferable.
  • •Strong analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
  • •Ability to lead, motivate, and educate, including planning/organizing marketing projects and managing budgets/ROI.
