Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead a team responsible for factory operations, equipment configurations, and NPI follow up.
  • •Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing operations while meeting production schedules.
  • •Oversee work flow through the factory and streamline processes across teams and divisions.
  • •Respond to operational, safety, and security issues within assigned toolsets or areas.
  • •Establish tactical plans and long-term strategies, including staffing, shift schedules, training, and performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering major; Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management are preferred, with 2 years of working experience.
  • •Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • •Working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and stakeholder management.
  • •Knowledge of structural problem-solving methods with a data-driven mindset.
