Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital programs, including baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
  • •Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS and assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Monitor schedule deviations and variances, support corrective action methods, and apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
  • •Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis; review schedules with the project team and maintain scope change records; ensure schedule information credibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
