Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer technologies to identify HVPs and propose solutions, driving implementation end to end.
  • •Manage customer feedback to continuously improve WRA value and performance.
  • •Provide technical leadership for complex WRA application activities and guide the team.
  • •Lead and coordinate execution teams during on-sites (beta, SW upgrade, server install) to meet SOW timelines.
  • •Deliver customer training on WRA usage and coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure adoption and support.

Key Requirements
