Executive - Store

Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and supply chain logistics. Receive deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders, and flag damaged items. Issue materials to departments only via authorized requisitions while maintaining accurate inventory records. Perform routine physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies between manual and digital data, and ensure storage complies with HSE guidelines. Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance to process invoices and support future procurement planning.
