Key Responsibilities

  • •Prospect and develop internal and external centers of influence to build a pipeline of new client opportunities.
  • •Use Life360 Discovery to profile clients and identify needs that generate AUM, loans, deposits, estate planning, and wealth planning.
  • •Coordinate delivery of Private Bank client experience standards with a team of specialists and ensure service metrics are met.
  • •Lead the 90-day client onboarding process and manage ongoing client reviews and quarterly updates using Life360.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM records, resolve client issues promptly, and implement recommendations delivered to clients while ensuring risk accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
  • •8+ years of successful sales/client service experience in the financial services industry.
  • •CFP, CFA, or CPWA preferred; required within 24 months (36 months for CFA) of start date (JD and/or CPA accepted).
  • •Appropriate state life and Health insurance licenses are required per licensing guidelines.
  • •SAFE Act registration required at employment via Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
