Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end strategy and innovation initiatives from thesis/business case through solution design, execution, and launch.
  • •Frame decisions and maintain accountability for stakeholder alignment, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes for senior leadership.
  • •Develop and oversee integrated roadmaps connecting technology and business capabilities to strategic growth priorities.
  • •Drive and govern an operating model for connecting initiatives to product, distribution, technology, and operations (decision rights, governance, and accountability).
  • •Manage strategic partnerships with distributors and technology providers, translating commercial objectives into requirements and implemented solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product innovation, technology-enabled transformation, or operating model development within financial services or consulting/technology roles serving financial institutions.
  • •Ability to move complex initiatives from strategy through launch, including building business cases, defining capability/operating requirements, and coordinating roadmaps across business and technology teams.
  • •Experience structuring and executing strategic partnerships or platform integrations, translating commercial opportunities into product, technology, and operating requirements.
  • •Credible influence with C-suite and senior leaders to frame complex decisions and drive cross-organizational alignment without direct authority.
  • •Fluency using AI to improve analysis, decision-making, and execution; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
