Job Summary

Perform and monitor health, safety, and environmental practices on projects, implementing HSE plans, conducting risk assessments, delivering trainings, and ensuring compliance with local and IMS policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Location: Saudi Arabia, South Africa

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor the execution of HSE activities on projects to ensure requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS; continually monitor site activity.
•Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans for safe evacuation.
•Provide trainings on HSE topics (incident prevention, first aid, safety awareness) to workers and contractors.
•Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily; raise observation reports and record corrective measures.
•Maintain daily logs and monthly reports; conduct tool box talks and ensure site inductions are completed before work commences.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in HSE with 3 years in relevant roles; GCC experience is a plus.
•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering; NEBOSH Diploma or related technical certificates.
•Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations; ability to conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses.
•Ability to investigate accidents and incidents; develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
•Experience developing and delivering HSE training programs and initiatives; ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
