Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clinical and technical support to cochlear implant professionals, hearing aid professionals, and other hearing care professionals.
  • •Train ENT surgeons, audiologists, and other professionals on the AB cochlear implant system, sound processors, fitting software, and related tools.
  • •Support clinics with processor fitting, troubleshooting, and optimization when needed.
  • •Deliver on-site and online training sessions, including patient information sessions, CI candidate events, and professional referral activities.
  • •Guide CI candidates through their CI journey; maintain accurate documentation and follow quality and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Medical Technology, or a comparable medical/technical background.
  • •Fluency in Dutch with good proficiency in English.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • •Comfortable working in a clinical, technology-driven environment; willingness to travel regularly within the territory and internationally.
