Key Responsibilities

•Execute Talent Development Strategy: Partner with regional leaders and employees to execute the talent development strategy, aligning to business goals, leadership priorities, and global standards; translate business ambitions into capability-building initiatives.
•Build a Scalable Learning Ecosystem: Design and deliver structured learning journeys (onboarding, manager development, leadership readiness, technical/professional skills) using a blend of digital, live, and experiential formats.
•Drive Retention & Capability Through Development: Create learning experiences that deepen capability, accelerate career growth, and demonstrate investment in employees’ futures; measure outcomes beyond participation.
•Lead with Excellence in Execution: Own end-to-end program management with planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, and operational discipline; deliver consistently and measure impact.
•Manage Vendors & Partners with Accountability: Identify and manage learning vendors/platforms (Coursera, etc.), hold partners to ROI and quality, and manage relationships.
