Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual PPM activities.
  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair DX units, split units, VRF systems, and FAHUs.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of chilled water systems and air-cooled chillers.
  • •Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, and general handyman works.
  • •Respond to tenant complaints and maintenance requests, complete work orders accurately, and maintain/update site asset and equipment records.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocational certificate, diploma, trade certification, or equivalent in HVAC, MEP, facilities management, or related fields.
  • •Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and facilities management services.

  • •Experience performing electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
