Job Summary

Scale TikTok Shop’s US commerce business by building and expanding a book of enterprise partners. Lead end-to-end business development for top seller opportunities, develop and advance qualified prospect pipelines, and craft compelling pitch materials for brands. Partner with internal teams to optimize onboarding and integration, track seller acquisition outcomes with reporting and analysis, and drive topline revenue growth while meeting monthly and quarterly OKRs.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with category leadership to identify and prioritize high-potential sellers and lead business development end to end.
•Generate and advance a pipeline of qualified prospects to grow the category and deliver BD goals.
•Develop pitch materials and processes by understanding the TikTok category space and targeting brands.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support brand onboarding & integration and keep BD pipeline moving quickly.
•Build reporting, analysis, and measurement to monitor and optimize seller onboarding and acquisition results.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales for a retailer, marketplace, or ecommerce platform.
•Experience working with consumable brands and sellers or equivalent experience.
•Experience engaging with and influencing executive leadership in B2B settings and negotiating BD outcomes.
•Experience managing scalable processes to meet monthly and quarterly OKRs, with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, moving initiatives forward.
