Lead the Discovery & Activation workstream for Adobe Express, defining strategy and quarterly roadmaps, and partnering with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM to ship impactful experiences. Own measurement, experiments, and a principled framework balancing velocity and change-management for both Enterprise and Consumer. Drive cross-functional collaboration on taxonomy, metadata quality, and conversion funnels to boost activation and retention.
