Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead domestic deployments of Air Defense products, ensuring mission readiness to support national security infrastructure.
  • •Orchestrate deployment planning and execution across site surveys, testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment for mission success.
  • •Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Program Chief Engineer to develop long-term deployment and sustainment operations aligned to customer priorities.
  • •Represent Anduril to customers through professionalism and ownership of asset and technology health and performance.
  • •Capture user feedback and lessons learned, communicate requirements and CONOPS to engineers, and help continuously improve products and team execution.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain.
  • •Highly organized, creative problem-solver with proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers and building a culture of influence through relationships.
  • •Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications, including documentation upkeep for new or developing processes.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and willingness to travel up to 50%.
