Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes on-site to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
•Serve as the face of Vivint in customer interactions while delivering upgraded solutions.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
•Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law (Oregon license is an LEA).
•Experience installing or servicing smart home/home security technology is helpful (cable/satellite, construction, solar, or similar experience is beneficial but not required).
•A sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in attics/confined spaces.
